Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations

Kayla brings her experience in organizational performance to our Rental Management team. Having started as Operations Coordinator, she now employs her considerable skills in assisting the Director of Operations. Kayla helps ensure countless details are acted upon efficiently, while working closely with the Director on initiatives such as improvements to workflow, communication, and increased client satisfaction. Her impact has been invaluable as she intuitively understands how speed of response and clear communication are key to our clients’ experience and success.

Along with helping our team constantly evolve, Kayla is adept at keeping us organized, gathering and reviewing statistics with the Director and providing key feedback to help propel ever further improvements. Quite effortlessly, she’s able to manage multiple streams of information and details across many projects at once.

We lean heavily on Kayla’s past expertise leading a team of seven staff in three divisions at a successful local vehicle dealership. As a leader she developed long-term action plans and training materials and supervised their advanced social media strategy.

When not assessing and helping implement improvements, Kayla spends time walking her two dogs and keeping up with her children.
